Leftover Turkey and Corn

This is a simple recipe that can be served over rice or mashed potatoes, and is a great way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers.

Ingredients:

leftover turkey, in bite size pieces

leftover corn, or 1 can drained

warm rice or mashed potatoes

 

Heat turkey and corn in a pan, and dish over rice or potatoes.
