Leftover Turkey Nachos

This one is good as a snack, or as a movie night treat.

This recipe can be made with children who can either use a microwave or an oven.

Younger children will enjoy putting this together, if their is someone around who can pop them into the microwave or the oven.

Ingredients:

your favorite kind of nacho chips

shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded mild cheddar cheese

bite size pieces of leftover turkey

leftover corn (optional)

Place chips on a microwave safe dish, or on a foil lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle cheeses over the top.

Sprinkle corn over the top, if desired.

Add the turkey.

Microwave or bake until cheese is melted.
