Taking a Short Vacation
I will not be posting any more recipes until next week, likely. I have already posted all of the ideas that I have for using up your Thanksgiving Leftovers, or for Planned Leftovers.
I hope that you all have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Leftover Turkey Sandwich Bar
This is a hreat way to use up leftover Thanksgiving food. Simple enough for a child to prepaper.
Set the bar up with:
leftover turkey in slices
bread and/or sandwich rolls
cold corn
lettuce
cheese slices
shredded carrot
tomato slices
mayo/dressing
pickles
Let everyone make their own sandwiches.
Everything can be prepared when cleaning up after the Thanksgiving meal, so you can just pull it all out of the refrigerator the next day.

If you are lucky, you will not need to buy anything extra for this, making it very frugal indeed. Children who can use an oven by themselves will find this easy. Younger children can put the casserole together for you to bake.
