Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

As many of you may have noticed, I generally pay no attention the steps in adding ingredients to recipes. In general, this refers to adding dry ingredients to wet ingredients, etc. I only do this when absolutely necessary. Why?

  • Because it takes less time.
  • Because the recipes will still turn out tasting yummy.
  • because I use less dishes in food prep, meaning that I waste less water while cleaning.

Just wanted to give you a heads up.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

2 cups flour, can mix white with wheat

1 cup canned pumpkin or homemade pumpkin puree

3/4 cup chocolate chips or grated semi-sweet chocolate squares

3/4 cup sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to combine.
  2. Drop by the tablespoon on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake on 350* 10-15 minutes.
