For this pizza, you can use a homemade dough recipe or a pre-baked. I usually use the latter.
Pizza is great for lunch or dinner, or even as a snack when friends gather. There are many pizza topping variations, as well as different types of sauces that can be used. This particular recipe uses sweet n sour sauce.
Ingredients
pizza dough or crust
sweet n sour sauce
mozzarella cheese, shredded
parmesan cheese, grated
chicken pieces, precooked
pineapple tidbits, drained
-
If using dough: Grease pan and work dough to cover.
If not: Place a pizza crust on a baking pan.
-
Spoon some sweet n sour sauce onto the crust and spread it around with the back of a spoon.
-
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the sauce, then mozzarella cheese over that.
-
Place precooked pieces of chicken where desired on the cheese, then do the same with the pineapple tidbits.
-
Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350* to 400* (depending on the oven) until the dough is done and the cheese is melted. About 20 minutes.
