Banana with Berries and Yogurt

, though berries are a bit expensive. You can make one of these desserts using leftover berries from another recipe to save money.

Another way to save money is to purchase tubs of yogurt rather than serving size cups. Try to find a coupon, and then see if you can wait for a sale. Or, use the store brand.

Berries and bananas pack a lot of nutrition.

    One of my favorite treats! I also sometimes add in a small handful of Kashi Cinnamon Go CRISP! Granola, so delicious! Love the blog
