My favorite pickles are the sweet ones, with bread and butter pickles coming in a close second. My nutritionist gave me pickles as a freebie, meaning that I can eat as many as I want without having to worry about gaining weight. It has been helpful. Keep in mind that I just eat pickles when using them as a freebie. I don’t eat them with anything else at those times.
