I have not posted many beverages on this blog, but this one is here and is a favorite of mine. I am slowly working down to little or no sugar. I do not feel that sugar substitutes are healthy so will not be encouraging them here.
NOTE: If you have health concerns it may indeed be healthier for you to use an artificial sweetener. I urge you to talk to your doctor on this point.
Tomorrow I will be posting a new idea for breakfast!
