Quick Tip: How to use up Fresh Spinach

If you have a lot of spinach, and are wondering what to do with it, here is a list of possibilities for you to consider.

  • Put some on your sandwich.
  • Add it to your salad.
  • Chop it up and add it to fajitas.
  • Chop and add to halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese cubes, and EVOO.
  • Freeze in a gallon size bag to use in smoothies.

    Omelets, quiche, add it to hot soup just before serving, layer it with cheese on some crescent roll dough, roll up and bake.
