Quick Tip: How to Use Up Snap Peas and Green Beans

Many people are ending up with a bunch of peas and beans this year. Perhaps you have too many to deal with. Maybe you’re looking for ways to use them up.

  • Wash and dry them, snap of the end and snack on them as is. Just make sure they dry thoroughly if you wont eat them all right off,  so that they do not rust.
  • Add them to salads.
  • Putting them in sandwiches. Yum!
  • Freeze them in freezer bags for use during the winter.
  • Add them to tacos, fajitas, or tortillas.

How do you eat your peas and beans? Share your ideas with us in the comments.

Thank you.
