Oregano is an herb that has a flavor described as not only warm, but balsamic as well. It is aromatic. The name Oregano means ‘Mountian Joy’.

Oregano has many essential nutrients, including:

  • Fiber
  • Omega 3 fatty acids

Oregano also has health benefits. They include anti-bacterial properties.
