Leftover Ham: One Pan Meal

Still using up the leftover Christmas ham, you can make a one-pan meal. Add other leftovers to your liking, and don’t be afraid to experiment.


ham, diced

sweet potato, diced


  1. Cook the potatoes until almost done then add ham and peas.
  2. Warm and serve.


  • Other ingredient options include green beans, carrots, and/or onions.
