1 can water-packed tuna
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 apple, cored and diced – leave peel on
2 Tbsp yogurt (Try a coconut-based one.)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients.
- Use this as a salad, or as a sandwich filling.
- Use this to fill large leaves of lettuce.
- Add shredded carrots and celery.
- Serve with a soup or a stew.
