Spice Profile: Nutmeg


Nutmeg is a wonderful spice used throughout the year, but especially during the autumn and winter months. It is great for use in pies, cakes, puddings, ciders, and more, giving a sweet taste and aroma.

Nutmeg aids in

  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Detoxifying the body
